Employee Development
Developed a high potential employee development mentor program so successful it was rolled out to the entire US Division of a Multi-National manufacturer.
Employee Bonus'
Designed and implemented an employee bonus program based on OEE to drive efficiencies and reward employees based on company goals. Was also successful in developing process whereby the goals were updated on a quarterly basis.
Management Bonus'
Educated management teams on metrics behind their performance based bonus program. Team was able to turn around their performance halfway through the year enabling them to exceed their company goals as well as their bonus targets.
