An experienced and growth-focused operations leader with over 30 years of comprehensive experience in large global manufacturing, private equity, and privately held companies, Brent Hare’s primary goal has always been the same: to improve operational efficiencies by transforming organizational cultures.

Prior to founding his own organizational leadership and operations consulting company, 80/20 Consulting, LLC, Brent was a Plant Manager and a Vice President of Operations and Supply Chain for some of the largest food manufacturers in the United States, including Saputo, Miceli Dairy Products, Schuman Cheese, and Foremost Farms. Through his consulting work, Brent has worked with Maryland & Virginia Milk Producers (MDVA), Viskase Corporation, CraftMark Bakeries, DeVere Chemicals.
Whether it’s optimizing production lines for a chemical manufacturer to generate 84% higher line efficiencies during the height of Covid-19 without the use of additional capital, to utilizing excess capacity for an ice cream manufacturer by implementing extended production runs to generate more than $12 million in annual savings, Brent has been able to help several large manufacturing organizations create sustainable systems and processes through employee engagement, transparent communication, and right-paced change management strategies.
